Terms and Conditions
Marketixpro strives to handle clients in a fast and professional manner. By doing business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. The Agreement
- Customers and Marketixpro shall enter into a separate contract outlining the specific services provided.
- This agreement does not constitute a partnership or joint venture between the parties.
- The start date and payment terms will be mutually agreed upon.
- A monthly performance report will be provided to the client.
- Marketixpro reserves the right to subcontract services to third-party providers where necessary.
- Any changes or modifications to the scope of work will require written approval from both parties.
2. Payments
- Full payment is required upfront for monthly service packages unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For fixed-price services, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.
- Monthly invoices will be sent for services, and all payments must be made within 3 days of receipt.
- Late payments may incur a late fee of 15% per week of the outstanding amount.
- Marketixpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the case of non-payment.
3. No Refund Policy
- Once payment has been made, Marketixpro does not provide any refunds, under any circumstances.

4. Promotional Materials
- Marketixpro has the right to use your company’s information for online marketing purposes.
- You confirm that any information provided to Marketixpro is accurate, and that you have the authorization to represent the products/services.
- All content submitted by Marketixpro will be reviewed and approved by you within [7 days]. If no feedback is received, the content will be deemed approved.
5. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide Marketixpro with the necessary access, information, and approvals in a timely manner to enable us to deliver services.
- Failure to provide timely approvals may lead to delays for which Marketixpro will not be held responsible.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared between them strictly confidential. Marketixpro will not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in the contract.
7. Liability Limitations
- Marketixpro makes no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or any other performance metrics.
- Marketixpro will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.
8. Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of services:
- Promotion of sexually explicit products or services
- Use of mass email programs or spam practices
- Content that violates the rights of others or breaks legal statutes
9. Force Majeure
- Marketixpro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or technical failures.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Marketixpro reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of contract, unethical behavior, or non-payment.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions<
- Marketixpro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will become effective immediately upon posting to the website.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.
